This season, Creative Director Jonathan Anderson has reprised LOEWE’s collaboration with Kyoto-based ceramist duo Suna Fujita, with the husband and wife team creating a new series of original illustrations and ceramics, travelling through childlike dreamscapes with its joyful color, whimsical details and shimmering metallics,
Playful creatures–from the depths of the ocean to verdant meadows and the far reaches of outer space –become main characters on bags, ready-to-wear and accessories. An octopus and a squid dance around Flamenco and Hammock bags, and a magnificent whale glides over Puzzle and Pebble Bucket bags, all crafted in intricate leather marquetry and aquatic colourpalettes. Hopping bunnies and mischievous hamsters adorn signature bags in earthy and verdant hues.
The same sweet animals are brought to life across small leather goods, straps, pouches and soft accessories with embroideries, graphic print and sparkling crystal.
In ready-to-wear sumptuous coats, fluid dresses and festive iterations of the Petal Bow shoe in metallic calf or rhinestones and the Toy line in silver nappa add a sleek sensuality after dark.
