Dedicated to all things truffle-infused, and delivering one of the world’s most luxurious ingredients at an approachable price point, Artisan de la Truffe serves refined, modern French cuisine laced with the finest black, white and seasonal truffles.
Highlights of the seasonal menu include Tartare de Boeuf, the beef tenderloin tartare served with truffle shavings; Foie Gras Poêlé with caramelized apple, toasted brioche, truffle jus and truffle shavings; Tagliatelle served with truffle shavings; Magret de Canard, roasted duck breast, Grand Marnier, potato puree; and Steak de Boeuf Wagyu, Wagyu sirloin, black garlic and potato puree served with truffle shavings.
Located in a stunning new harbourfront venue with views to Kowloon’s new emerging arts district, Artisan de la Truffe combines the sublime interiors of Tokyo-designer Tomoyuki Kunishige – who also designed the Tokyo outlet – with the culinary musings of Head Chef Manful Lee Man Lung and local celebrity television Chef Ricky Kam-cheung Cheung, both of whom are fresh from a stint training with Artisan de la Truffe’s culinary teams in Paris.
