Century-old German shoe brand BIRKENSTOCK opens in Harbour City Hong Kong with an exciting new store design.
Several years after closing the last store, BIRKENSTOCK is opening a new store in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, a key shopping destination in Hong Kong. Located at the Gateway Arcade, the new store opened its door on 12 September. Measuring approximately 700 square feet, the store is designed with a brand-new concept that reflects the brand’s core values of function, quality and tradition.
Visitors to the BIRKENSTOCK Harbour City store will be greeted by a main wall featuring cork which echoes the brand’s signature footbed material, surrounded by the overall use of an earthy brown colour palette. The cash desk and display cabinets are adorned with wood grain panels, while the store is filled with potted plants and complemented by stone-patterned flooring, creating a natural ambiance. Soft lighting accentuates the organic tones of wooden and leather furniture, adding texture and a rustic feel to the space.
The new BIRKENSTOCK Hong Kong store offers a wide selection of footwear for men, women, and children, with a design that embodies the brand’s commitment to foot health. Immersed in this cozy and welcoming atmosphere, shoppers can experience BIRKENSTOCK’s unwavering pursuit—the guiding principle of walking as intended by nature.
