As the festive season approaches, DALLOYAU, the prestigious French culinary brand with a 300-year legacy, is excited to be part of the “Bump into A9” campaign hosted by Bang & Olufsen, the luxury audio brand from Denmark. This cross-border collaboration aims to harmoniously blend innovative design with the beauty of music and is part of the citywide design initiative, BODW in the city, organised by the Hong Kong Design Centre (HKDC).

From 2 to 31 December 2024, DALLOYAU and Bang & Olufsen will present the festive-limited “Bump into A9 Afternoon Tea”, featuring an array of delicacies artfully crafted in round shapes, inspired by the iconic circular design of Bang & Olufsen’s Beosound A9. Throughout the collaboration, the Beosound A9, adorned with an exclusive cover design referencing DALLOYAU’s French royal heritage, will be showcased at DALLOYAU’s Pacific Place and Entertainment Building outlets. Guests can enjoy premium afternoon tea while immersing themselves in the exquisite audio experience of the Beosound A9. Each guest will also receive a round-shaped luggage tag and a HK$300 shopping coupon from Bang & Olufsen, available while supplies last.

The “Bump into A9 Afternoon Tea” is priced at HK$536 +10% for two persons and includes a selection of winter-inspired French delicacies, such as:

Duck Foie Gras with Gingerbread and Raspberry: A festive combination of velvety foie gras mousse paired with gingerbread – a Christmas staple – and tangy raspberry for a perfect balance.

Trout Roe Vol-au-Vent with Smoked Salmon: Light and airy French vol-au-vent filled with trout roe, smoked salmon, and creamy crème fraîche, offering a nostalgic taste reminiscent of a Parisian afternoon tea.

Black Forest Roulade: A delicate cherry brandy-soaked chocolate sponge rolled with silky Kirsch cream and brandied cherries confit, presenting a timeless elegance with a decadent twist on classic Black Forest flavours.

Red Fruit Mont Blanc: A sophisticated silky chestnut ganache filled with refreshing red fruit compote, topped with smooth chestnut cream, providing a modern interpretation of the timeless Mont Blanc charm.

Red Velvet Dome: A sweet and airy sponge cake encased in the Madagascar vanilla mousse, crowned with a swirl of smooth cream cheese Chantilly, striking a balance between modern and elegant.

Completing this delectable afternoon tea experience are other French delicacies, including Crab Meat Sandwich with Cucumber, Butternut Squash Blinis with Mascarpone Cheese and Bellota Ham, Pistachio Cake, classic macarons, and freshly baked scones.
