The YouTube Music Night is returning to Hong Kong! YouTube partners with Harbour City to host three free music events from August to October at Ocean Terminal Deck, Harbour City. For the first time, performing artists are coming together from different regions to collaborate at YouTube Music Night in Hong Kong, with awe-inspiring music and the stunning vista of Victoria Harbour from dusk till night.

On 25 August, the first YouTube Music Night event was held . The Canadian duo Crash Adams, who have over 10 million YouTube subscribers joined hands with the 22-year-old Australian rising singer-songwriter Oliver Cronin for the collaborative performance, gathering large crowds of enthusiastic fans despite the sweltering temperatures. Fans were brimming with energy, enthusiastically joining in on hit songs like Crash Adams’ “Give Me a Kiss” and Oliver Cronin’s “Boys Don’t Cry”. The performance video will be uploaded to the artists’ YouTube channels later, allowing everyone to re-watch the exciting show! In September and October, Hong Kong local artists will also be joining the YouTube Music Night lineup, further heightening the anticipation and heat of the shows! Stay tuned for more updates.

Event Details

The Canadian pop duo Crash Adams have amassed an enormous social media following, with their captivating street performance short videos going viral across various platforms; their “Red Carpet” and “Can You Rap?” series on YouTube have collected over 4 billion views in total, with their most-watched YouTube Shorts reaching a staggering 160 million views. Crash Adams have also already filmed a Hong Kong-themed short video at Harbour City, which is set to be released on their YouTube channel.

Oliver Cronin, a talented young singer-songwriter from Australia, has rapidly risen to prominence in the local music scene. Although he has only been active for two years, his breakout single “Boys Don’t Cry” has already accumulated close to 700,000 views on YouTube. Following his global tour in 2023, this YouTube Music Night performance marked Oliver Cronin’s first show in Hong Kong.
